1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the website of Khodiyar Rolling Shutter ("Company," "we," "our") and/or engaging our products and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Products and Services
Khodiyar Rolling Shutter manufactures, supplies, installs, and maintains rolling shutters including but not limited to:
- GI (Galvanised Iron) Rolling Shutters
- MS (Mild Steel) Rolling Shutters
- Motorised / Automatic Rolling Shutters
- Gear-Operated Rolling Shutters
- Grill / Perforated Rolling Shutters
- Powder-Coated Rolling Shutters
- Aluminium Rolling Shutters
- Shutter Coils (Wholesale & Retail)
- Spare Parts, Motors, Springs, Locks, and Accessories
- Repair, Maintenance, and AMC Services
All products are manufactured to industry standards. Specifications, colours, and features may vary from images shown on the website.
3. Quotations and Pricing
- All quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, market conditions, and project specifications.
- Taxes (GST) will be applicable as per government norms and will be added to the quoted price.
- Custom orders may require additional pricing and lead time.
- Wholesale and retail pricing for shutter coils and spare parts may vary based on quantity.
4. Orders and Payment
- Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment (typically 50% of the total amount).
- Balance payment is due upon completion of installation or delivery, before handover.
- We accept payments via Cash, Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), UPI, and Cheque.
- For bulk orders and projects, customised payment schedules may be arranged.
- Orders once confirmed and in production cannot be cancelled. Cancellation before production may attract a cancellation fee.
5. Delivery and Installation
- Standard manufacturing time is 5-7 working days for regular shutters. Custom and large orders may take longer.
- Installation is carried out by our dedicated fitting team at the scheduled date and time.
- The customer must ensure adequate site readiness (civil work completion, clear access) for installation.
- Delays due to site unreadiness, weather conditions, or force majeure are not the responsibility of Khodiyar Rolling Shutter.
- Delivery charges may apply for locations outside our primary service area.
6. Site Inspection
We provide free site inspection within Bardoli and Surat for new installations. Our dedicated site inspection team will visit your location, take measurements, and provide professional recommendations. Site visits for locations beyond our primary area may incur a nominal charge, which is adjusted against the final order value.
7. Warranty
- Manual Shutters: 1-year warranty on manufacturing defects and workmanship.
- Motorised Shutters: Motor warranty as per manufacturer terms (typically 1-2 years).
- Shutter Coils: Warranty on material quality as per specifications.
- Warranty does not cover: damage due to misuse, accidents, natural disasters, tampering, unauthorised modifications, or normal wear and tear.
- Warranty claims must be reported within the warranty period with proof of purchase.
- Extended warranty and Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) options are available.
8. Returns and Refunds
- Rolling shutters are custom-manufactured products. Returns are not accepted once manufacturing has commenced.
- Defective products will be repaired or replaced under warranty at no additional cost.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 15-30 business days.
9. Limitation of Liability
Khodiyar Rolling Shutter shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
- Damage caused by improper use, lack of maintenance, or unauthorised modifications.
- Delays or interruptions caused by factors beyond our control (force majeure).
- Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, designs, and graphics — is the property of Khodiyar Rolling Shutter and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution of any content is strictly prohibited.
